Abstract

Council of Ministers, for the purpose of activization of the development of peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives, decrees to entitle State Agricultural Agency, State Agricultural Agency of Non-Black Earth Zone and other ministries and agencies concerned pertaining to the sphere of agro-industrial complex, with the task of provision of peasant farm and agricultural cooperatives with machinery, equipment, timber, mineral fertilizers, fodder additives, forage preserves, combustibles, high quality seeds, pedigree young animals and poultry. State Agricultural Agency and State Agricultural Agency of Non-Black Earth Zone ant their local branches must organize activity aimed at setting up peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives, their engineering, agro-chemical, zoo technical and veterinary service, processing and trade of agricultural commodities on conditions applicable to collective farms and state agricultural enterprises. Russian Republican Agricultural Bank must promote peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives by opening accounts, concession of credits and by rendering economic assistance and settling with the suppliers.
