Abstract Except as provided in the Fisheries Law, fishing zone and quota for industrial fishing of foreign real and legal persons shall be determined by the relevant executive authorities. The volume, species and sizes of caught fish, as well as forbidden fishing gear, technical devices and other terms and conditions are set in the agreement on designated areas. This Decree states that payments for the use of fish and other aquatic biological resources vary according to species of fish and other aquatic biological resources, fishing methods, fishing gear and type of water resources.
