Abstract This Decree states that payments for the use of fish and other aquatic biological resources and fines for illegal fish hunting vary according to species of fish and other aquatic biological resources, hunting methods, hunting gear and type of water resources. Hunting of fish and other aquatic biological resources for aquaculture with the purpose of restoration is free of charge. Financial gain shall be transferred to the state fund for reproduction, restoration and protection of fish and other biological resources.
