Abstract

This Ministerial Decree sets sanitary and epidemiological requirements for processing facilities for spirituous liquors, beverages and bottled potable water destined for entrepreneurs carrying out manufacturing, bottling and packaging the aforesaid produce. The following requirements shall be mandatory for processing facilities: (a) route operating procedures; (b) isolation of dirty processes from clean ones; (c) mechanization and automation of processes; and (d) prevention of pollution (contamination) of produce. Natural mineral and spring water shall be abstracted from groundwater sources in the presence of sanitary water conservation and water protection areas. Abstraction of natural mineral water shall be authorized in the presence of balneological conclusion issued by scientific research centres of balneotherapy.
