Ministerial Decree No. 141 validating the Regulation on registering and reporting normative, technical, sanitary and epidemiological and metrological data on water resources.

This Ministerial Decree sets forth state standards, sanitary and epidemiological norms and regulations and other legislative provisions for registering and reporting on water resources. It also establishes calculation and registration methods to be used for metering water resources. Normative, technical, sanitary and epidemiological and metrological requirements shall be set by the standardization, metrological and certification authority by agreement with the authorized state water institution.
