State registration of pesticides shall be carried out the registration authority upon submittal by the applicant of the following documentation: (a) application; (b) report on the outcome of testing of pesticides; (c) report on maximum residues of pesticides; (d) pesticide related data; (e) report on toxicological and hygienic assessment of pesticide; (f) report on ecological impact of pesticide; (g) report on fishery impact of pesticide; (h) rates of contents of pesticide in plant production; (i) authorization by public health authority for state registration of pesticide; (j) pesticide safety certificate; and (k) pesticide label sample.
