The object of monitoring and exploration shall be national subsoil. State subsoil monitoring shall be integral part of state environmental monitoring. State subsoil monitoring system shall include: (a) groundwater monitoring; (b) monitoring of hazardous exogenous geological processes; (c) monitoring of hazardous endogenous geological processes; (d) monitoring of hydrocarbons deposits; (e) monitoring of solid minerals’ deposits; (f) monitoring of the plots of subsoil not related to exploration and mining purposes; and (g) monitoring of the plots of subsoil subject to economic activities impact.
