Grain and its derivates shall be registered by physical weight rounded to the kilogram. Flour, corn and grit in factory packaging shall be calculated by lot. Products in standard factory packaging do not need to be weighed. Standard norms of natural weight reduction shall be applicable at the acceptance of produce. The State Grain Inspectorate shall issue a grain quality certificate within three days of its acceptance. At the moment of shipment from elevators, the quality of grain products shall be determined by official laboratories in accordance with standard state methodologies. Each lot destined for shipping or offloading shall be accompanied by a quality certificate.
