Ministerial Decree No. 1357 validating the Regulation on licensing of industrial safety activity.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be the authorized state institution for the issuance, suspension, renewal, prolongation and invalidation of licences for industrial safety activity carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. Licence shall be issued for the period of 5 years subject to prolongation for one more five-year period. The following activities shall require licence: (a) manufacturing and storage of radioactive materials;
