The following institutions shall be responsible for such registration and monitoring: (a) Ministry of Agriculture and Food for game and agricultural animal and plant pests (except for forest pests); (b) Federal Fisheries Committee for fish species; (c) State Committee on Environmental Protection for endangered and rare species; (d) Federal Forest Service for forest pests; and (e) Ministry of Public Health for wildlife species and pests harmful to human health.
