Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Fuel and Energy and Federal Mining and Industrial Supervision must ensure carrying out supervision and control over the safety of waterworks in the process of their projecting, construction, putting in operation, re-construction, renewal, conservation, liquidation as well as organization of the realization of the arrangements aimed at the prevention of emergencies.
