This Ministerial Decree enters into force on 24 January 2007.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state hydrometeorological fund shall be collection of documented hydrometeorological information subject to storage in accordance with legislation for the purpose of its usage. State hydrometeorological fund shall be composed of primary meteorological and hydrological data collected through hydrometeorological observation of the state hydrometeorological network in the process of research and field activity. Primary hydrometeorological data shall include: (a) air and soil temperature indices; (b) air humidity; (c) atmospheric pressure; (d) amount of precipitations; and (d) wind velocity. State climatic register shall be systematic data collection related to atmospheric conditions typical for a determined territory due to its geographic situation. Climatic register data shall include: (a) average indices of meteorological parameters for a determined time period; (b) extreme values of meteorological parameters for a determined time period; (c) average and extreme values of arrival and recurrence of meteorological events and phenomena. Climatic register data shall be used for climate assessment.
