Abstract The present Regulation establishes common modalities of keeping state record of mineral deposits on the national territory. The main purpose of registration of mineral deposits is to collect complete and reliable data on the state of mineral resources by 1 January of each year. The following natural resources are subject to registration and recording: 1. deposits of all explored and prospected minerals; 2. stock of oil and natural gas, condensate, including iodine, bromine and other precious components contained by industrial and oiled water; 3. data of extraction and losses of minerals in subsoil in the process of mining, and also changes of the stock of minerals in the process of mining as a result of re-valuation thereof.
