The following activities carried out by legal and natural persons are subject to licensing: 1) veterinary medicinal and prophylactic activity; 2) manufacturing and trade of veterinary drugs; 3) manufacturing and trade of food additives for animals; 4) trade of veterinary drugs; 5) disinfection, deratization and fumigation of stockbreeding complexes. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes terms and conditions for issuing licenses.
