Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the purposeful land use, the modalities of the modification thereof and the decision-making in this regard. The main purposeful land use shall be established in accordance with the territorial land use planning documentation and the local self-government shall make the decision on validation or modification of the main purposeful land use. It classifies land in accordance with the purposeful use thereof as agricultural land and forest estate land. The main purposeful land use can be changed if landowner, manager or lessee of public land submits application for the modification of the main purposeful use of agricultural or forest estate land. In case of the modification of the purposeful land use a plot of land must be separated from the rest land area. Application must contain: (a) a copy of land registration certificate; (b) map of the plot of land; and (c) copy of land use planning document.
