Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes rules for state registration of the sources of emissions of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere (including gas absorption) and consumption of ozone depleting substances. State registration shall be systematic, periodical and updated code of data that form State register of greenhouse gases and State register of consumption of ozone depleting substances. It shall be applicable to legal persons owning sources of emission of greenhouse gases, and also to both legal and natural persons carrying out the activities related to consumption of ozone depleting substances. It shall not be applicable to personal effects containing ozone depleting substances and to non-commercial property. The following shall be subject to state registration: (a) manufacturing of ozone depleting substances in accordance with the Annex 2; (b) import and export of ozone depleting substances; and (c) import and export of equipment and produce containing ozone depleting substances.
