Abstract

This Decree amends the provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. 82 of 1998 on the provisions of the manual (Protocol) for the registration of agricultural crops varieties. The Decree amends the fifth part by changing the process of allocation of expenses of testing and registering new crops. All expenses of DUS tests will be taken care of by the central Department of seed adoption.
