The state forest reserve Zorkul shall have as its purpose the conservation of rare and endangered animals and plants in their natural habitats. The state forest reserve Zorkul shall have the following tasks: 1) conservation and enrichment of flora and fauna; 2) conservation and renewal of typical natural complexes; 3) study of animals, birds and plants; 4) marking of animals and birds; 4) captive breeding of wild animals and the subsequent release thereof in the natural environment; 5) biotechnological arrangements. Economic activity, recreation and any other activity contrary to the scope of the state forest reserve Zorkul and harmful to environment shall be prohibited.
