Abstract

The Prime Minister decrees to establish the limits of extracted oil (Annex 1), limits of allowable discharge of pollutants into atmospheric air (Annex 2) and the modalities of validation of limits of disposal of industrial waste. Limits of extraction of natural resources, allowable emissions of pollutants into atmospheric air, discharge of effluent waste water and disposal of industrial waste shall be fixed for the payers of environmental charges by 1 March of each year.
