Trade in firearms for civilian use shall be subject to licence. Specialized shops trading in hunting firearms and ammunition shall not store more than 15 thousand hunting cartridges at any one time. The type, calibre and serial number of every hunting gun sold shall be recorded in the shop’s register and in the authorization for the firearm’s purchase, and the serial number of every hunting knife sold shall be recorded in the purchaser’s hunting permit. Only certified hunting gear shall be authorized for trade.
