Abstract This Decree sets out provisions on environmental safety standards to ensure protection of wildlife and habitats and to avoid environmental hazards. This Decree underlines that waste disposal, oil spill and radioactive waste disposal into wildlife habitats are prohibited. This Decree states that the limits for acquisition of animals shall be determined regarding the biological characteristics and registry of animals, as well as the protection of public health and safety, the protection of agricultural and domestic animals from diseases and the prevention of environmental risks which may harm wildlife habitats shall be considered.
