Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for controlling the transport of persons and cargo across the national border to prevent the introduction of infectious and parasitic diseases or of products or substances that are potentially harmful to humans. Any conveyance exposed to pests or infectious or parasitic disease shall be subject to mandatory disinfection and/or pest eradication. The competent authority shall issue certificates of disinfection or pest eradication.
