Entry into force notes
This Ministerial Decree enters into force 21 days from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree regulates the issuance of licences to manufacture, process, purchase, store, sell, manage and destroy poisons. Licences shall be classified by amount of business: (a) indefinite; or (b) fixed term, not exceeding five years. Applicants must submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copies of the statute and the state registration certificate (for legal persons); (c) copy of personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) notarized copy of state registration for individual entrepreneurs; (e) tax inspection registration certificate; (f) receipt for payment of licensing fees; and (g) documentation attesting to the applicant’s qualification.
