Entry into force notes

This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

This Decree states that the amount of payment for issuance of the special permit shall be determined according to the hazardousness category of facilities. Payments shall be transferred into the State Fund for environmental protection and used in accordance with the Charter of the Fund.
