Abstract The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be conservation of peat/bogs ecosystem that is extremely important for ensuring sustainability of the biosphere with a view of regulation of hydrological regime and conservation of aquatic resources by stocking of freshwater resources and ensuring water flow to rivers and lakes. It elaborates peat-bog management scheme at the national level. Peat-bogs which state is natural or almost natural shall be subject to particular or special protection. After extraction of peat from drained land the aforesaid areas shall be subject to rehabilitation practices. Full text Russian Website pravoby.info
