Abstract

The Regulation establishes that special ecological requirements are compulsory for all physical and juridical persons that carry out activity within protected area in the northern part of the Caspian sea. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and other authorized institutions must provide for the observance of special ecological requirements.
