Legal or natural persons that have illegally extracted timber and (or) non-timber products when seizure thereof is impossible must pay their value in conformity with rates set by the present Regulation. Forest officers must draw up report and forward it within three days to the infringer. The infringer must deposit the established sum within fifteen days form the receipt of report.
