Abstract This Regulation consisting of 28 articles and 3 Annexes aims at protecting the Ozone Layer by establishing that: (i) all the establishments in relation with use of ODS need to obtain a climate affairs license; (ii) import, export and re-export of ODS need a registration with the concerned authority (the Regulation lists the necessary documents for the application; (iii) a license to protect the ozone layer needs to be submitted to the concerned authority (the Regulation lists the documents requested).
