Ministerial Decree No. 1061 validating the Regulation on attribution of status of pedigree farm, pedigree centre and distribution centre, and also certification (re-certification) of the operators in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that natural and legal persons qualifying for status of pedigree farm, pedigree centre and distribution centre, and also for assistance in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding shall pass state certification. The aforesaid status shall be attributed by decision of local executive body.
