Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allocation of subsidies to agricultural enterprises through partial reimbursement of cost of part of seed cotton underyield cultivated for public needs on low-yield land. Criteria for determining land yield shall be degree of soil quality established as 100 points with the consideration of various soil characteristics. Basic seed cotton yield shall be established as 0,4 hundredweight/ha for each point of soil quality degree. Low-yield land shall be considered soil with average soil quality degree of 60 points and lower used for cultivating seed cotton for public needs. The amount of subsidies shall be established by the local state financial authority.
