The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree, authorisations for plant protection products containing the active substances streptomycin and triadimefon are withdrawn, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Decision 2004/129/EC by which, certain active substances shall not be included in Annex I to Presidential Decree No. 115/97. All applications that have been submitted for issuing or renewal of authorisations for circulation of plant protection products containing these active substances, shall be rejected. In addition, imports of these active substances, provided that are intended for the production of plant protection products, as well as the import of ready to use plant protection products containing streptomycin and triadimefon, shall be prohibited.
