The following deposits shall be subject to registration in the state register of minerals: (a) mineral deposits calculated by the state balance; (b) mineral deposits cancelled from the state balance; (c) separated mineral deposits; (d) solid mineral deposits suitable for industrial extraction; (e) mineral and fresh groundwater; (f) oil- and natural gas fields. Common mineral deposits, mineralization areas, slime areas and geophysical and geochemical anomalies shall not be subject to the state registration.
