Abstract

The Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the state registration of mineral deposits which is an integral part of the state registration of subsoil resources that is carried out by the Ministry of Geology and Subsoil Protection and its territorial branches. The following deposits shall be subject to registration in the state register of minerals: (a) mineral deposits calculated by the state balance; (b) mineral deposits cancelled from the state balance; (c) separated mineral deposits; (d) solid mineral deposits suitable for industrial extraction; (e) mineral and fresh groundwater; (f) oil- and natural gas fields. Common mineral deposits, mineralization areas, slime areas and geophysical and geochemical anomalies shall not be subject to the state registration.
