This Decree enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree establishes that the Agricultural Pesticides Committee is the sole statutory Agency responsible for registration and handling of agricultural pesticides in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The APC monitors the laboratory and agriculture practices for quality assurance and endorses every action that contributes to the rational use of pesticides and the implementation of IPM policies and strategies.
