Fisheries and capture of rare and protected species of aquatic biological resources recorded in the Red Book shall be carried out in accordance with fishing authorization issued by the Federal Supervision Service in the field of Nature Management while fisheries and capture of rare and endangered species of aquatic biological resources shall be carried out in accordance with fishing authorization issued by the Federal Fisheries Committee.
