Abstract

This Ministerial Decree lists the economic activities authorized in the exclusion zone, determines how they shall be carried out and establishes measures for the protection of public health. The following activities and measures shall be authorized: (a) soil rehabilitation; (b) soil improvement; and (c) radioactive waste disposal. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) any type of forest management, including hunting and fishing; (b) grazing; and (c) mineral extraction.
