Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day it is published.
Abstract

This Decree provides for the rules regarding the disposal or destruction of unusable or banned pesticides, biological preparations and their compounds and containers taken back from their owners. It sets forth that the real and legal persons engaged in the production, import, export, sale and use of biological agents must inform the Ministry of Agriculture and/or the State Phytosanitary Control Service in case the biological agents are unusable or banned. The Decree further sets out that the procedure regarding the determination, taking back, disposal and destruction of the unusable or banned pesticides, biological preparations and their compounds and containers. The whole procedure is implemented by the Inventory Commission established by the participation of the relevant organizations of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Emergency Situations.
