Abstract This Decree states that that hazardous chemicals shall be packaged and marked in accordance with the relevant standards and shall be labeled to provide information about manufacturer, brand name, type of hazardous chemical, percentage of active substance, weight of hazardous chemicals, hazard class, warning signs, date of production, detention period and fire and explosion safety indicators. This Decree sets out provisions on protection of human health and environment, hygiene requirements, storage conditions and inventory of hazardous chemicals. This decree also underlines that the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals which are not certified, not comforted with the standards and harmful to the environment, human life and health, is prohibited.
