Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for immediate notification, including in electronic form, of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision about detection of signs of infection of products with quarantine pests by natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, which own, own, use, lease regulated products subject to quarantine inspection or carry out production (including processing), import to the Russian Federation, export from the Russian Federation Federations, storage, transportation and trade of regulated products subject to quarantine inspection, about detection of signs of infection and (or) contamination of regulated products by quarantine species. Applicant within one calendar day from the moment of detection of signs of infection and/or contamination sends a notification to the territorial body of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision. Annex 1 contains notification form.
