It deals with (i) Surface Water Drainage System (all surface water drains shall be supplied, installed and maintained by the owners) and related permits granted by the Municipality; (ii) Private Foul Drains and Sewers (supplied, installed, maintained and operated by the owners and as approved by the Municipality); (iii) Liquid Trade Wastes, establishing that no trade wastes shall be discharged into any surface water channel or drain connected with any public channel or any foul drain connected with any public sewer without the prior consent of the Municipality; (iv) Testing; (v) Foul Drain Connections, which are made by the Municipality if fully satisfied that the drainage work or the private sewer has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations; and (vi) Application for Permits.
