Abstract Importation of live hares intended for repopulation purposes is subject to the issuance of an authorization by the Ministry of Health. Enterprises listed out in the register referred to in article 7, paragraph 2 of the Decree may request the issuance of such authorization. Article 1 regulates the validity of the authorization. As regards veterinary checks, hares must be accompanied by a health certificate and shall be grouped under week lots.
