Abstract

The Decree amends article 3, paragraph 1, of Ministerial Decree of 14 April 1997 by inserting a new letter q) regarding the definition of "local market". Article 18 is amended by substituting for the words "180 days" the words "31st of January 1998". Further amendments concern Annex IV on the requirements of the personnel in charge of the analysis of the material.
