Abstract

In implementation of Directive 2002/61/EC, the present Decree supplements Presidential Decree No. 904 implementing Council Directive 76/769/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. In particular, point 41 on azocolourants shall be inserted in the Annex to Presidential Decree No. 904, as set out in the Annex hereto.
