The Ministerial Decree enters into force on 11 July 2002.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree fixes the maximum residue levels for active substances of phytosanitary products tollerated in and on: a) products of plant origin, including fruits and vegetables, referred to in Annex 1, part A of Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; b) cereals referred to in Annex 1, part B of Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; c) plant products listed out in Annex 1, part C of Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; d) products of animal origin referred to in Annex 1, part D of Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; e) other products of animal origin listed out in Annex 1, part E of Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000. Such maximum residue levels are now fixed by Annexes 1 and 2 of this Decree, which amend and supplement the Annexes to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 and subsequent amendments. However, such limit levels shall apply as from 1 September 2002.
