Abstract

By way of implementation of Directive 2003/95/EC, this Decree establishes the purity criteria which shall apply to certain food additives, in particular those listed out in Annex II hereto. Such purity criteria shall replace those laid down under Decree No. 356 of 1997, which, actually, has been repealed by Ministerial Decree of 23 July 2003.
