This Decree entered into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree sets out the new official Chlorite (parameters) permitted levels in water intended for human consumption on the territory of the Republic of Italy. Previous limits were established by the Legislative Decree No. 31 implementing Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption (Annex I, Part B, here amended, see article 1 of this text).
