Ministerial Decree establishing modalities for the control of quality and packaging requisites of fruit and vegetable products and citrus fruit, subject to the national trade mark.

This Decree regulates the quality control, and the modalities for the selection and packaging of fruit and vegetable products and citrus fruit. As far as the import of said products is concerned, the Decree establishes the procedure for the checks to be carried out by the competent authorities. The inspectors shall issue a certificate declaring the compliance of the products with the provisions established by the law.
