Abstract

The Piemonte Region is hereby authorized by the competent Ministries to establish exceptions to the parameters applicable to water for human consumption set out in Annex 1, part B of Legislative Decree No. 31 of 2001. The exceptions, however, may be provided within the maximum value allowed for arsenic specified in article 1 of this Decree. Food processing undertakings shall not benefit from these exceptions.
