Abstract

The Decree makes provisions for the creation of the national permanent emergency commission with a view to achieve a uniform regulation, among Autonomous Regions and Provinces, on the following matters relevant to contagious animal diseases: (a) measures to be approved; (b) emergency programmes; (c) advices and proposals to the Ministry of Health.
