Abstract

The Decree implements Art. 7 (11) of Legislative Decree 3 April 2018, No. 34 establishes the minimum national standards for the recognition of the state of abandonment of agro-pastoral activities. Art. 2 clarifies that the areas worth to be protected and rehabilitated need to be identified under the Regional Landscape Plan as provided by Art. 5 (2) (a) Legislative Decree 3 April 2018, No. 34. Art. 3 provides for minimum standards and documents required for identification.
