Abstract

The Ministerial Decree, with the aim at limiting impact of COVID -19 pandemic, implements delegated regulation (EU) 2020/884 and implementing regulation (EU) 615/2014; derogations concerns certain provisions regarding the fruit and vegetables sector (Art. 1) and the olive sector (Art. 2) in particular the financial aid calculation, operational program timing and schedule, conditions of production.
